Elite Dance Academy dancers to represent Ireland in Brussels – Donegal Daily

Elite Dance Academy dancers Brandon Lynch and Leon Halligan are expected to represent Ireland in Brussels.

Brandon (16) and Leon (17) traveled to Dublin yesterday to compete in Ireland’s qualifiers for the WDSF European Under-21 Hiphop Championships.

The competition was organized by the Dance Sport Federation of Ireland.

After a few tough rounds of battle, Brandon placed 1st and Leon placed 2nd.

The competition was tight with some of Ireland’s best dancers in action.

A spokesperson for Elite Dance Academy said: “We are very proud of our dancers who competed yesterday and we are delighted that Brandon and Leon have been selected to represent Ireland at the European Hip-Hop Championships. under 21 WDSF 2021 in Brussels on November 13.

“The boys will be heading to Brussels with dance teacher Clare McCarron and their mothers Kathryn and Lynda.

The Elite Dance Academy studio is in Buncrana and offers classes Tuesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons for ages 3 and up.

Elite Dance Academy opened in Letterkenny last Saturday. Classes are held Saturday mornings from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Letterkenny Community Center.
